Oakley Inc. is an American company founded in 1975 that develops and manufactures eyewear for all top-level sportsmen and women. A partnership with the US armed forces resulted in the creation of the Oakley SI (Standard Issue) division, dedicated exclusively to government customers, to develop protective eyewear and equipment to professional and military standards.
